This AS Card Tree Stand is a special Hex Base designed to hold, protect and display the cardstock trees included in the BT AlphaStrike box set as a starter for your tabletop wargame terrain collection. Simply punch out the cardstock trees from the frame, assemble them, and slot them into these AS Card Tree Stands.

• The map scale / Hex(33) base also means you can use it in your standard hex map games as a stand-in for the Light or Heavy vegetation terrain hexes.
• Tip: depending upon your 3D printing method and the quality of materials you use (e.g., FDM/PLA, etc.), you could give the inner slot surface (of the tree trunk) a light sanding with a nail file or a thin strip of sandpaper, just to further smooth the inner faces. It is already designed for a slightly loose fit (and will be perfectly fine off the print bed when using high-quality materials), but a little extra sanding might help if you encounter stringing or blobbing when you print.
